We reduce risk in the workplace and empower employees to speak up about safety concerns. Our EHS Policy fosters individual participation and motivates employees to play an active role in the overall safety improvement process. Annually, a variety of safety goals are communicated to our Business Units, which then share these goals with the individual sites, track progress, and report to leadership in a monthly scorecard.
