April is Celebrate Diversity Month, a time to recognize the unique cultures and backgrounds that make up our families, colleagues and communities. Ingersoll Rand is a collection of cultures, rich in traditions and full of opportunities to learn and share.
Throughout the year, the inclusion groups create events and programs to learn about cultures, discuss timely topics and support others as they progress in their diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) journeys. So far in 2022, the inclusion groups have been busy, with more to come! Learn more, be inspired and plan to join in events throughout the year.
First-quarter 2022 (DE&I) Highlights
Allies and Advocates for Shared Success
Creating meaningful interactions leads to opportunity and inclusion for all. By finding value in each other’s experiences, differences and unique characteristics, we can respond as allies, with relevance, empathy and compassion. When we celebrate and share our authentic selves, we gain a greater appreciation of each other and foster belonging, where each person feels valued.
Ingersoll Rand set bold targets to achieve our 2025 DE&I goals, which are critical to advancing the development of our company culture. All our employees can celebrate and support our representation, advancement and experience goals, and can demonstrate their commitment by joining an inclusion group.

Our employees are allies that are continuously learning, actively promoting and advancing our culture of inclusion through intentional, positive and conscious efforts that benefit one another. Practicing allyship is an ongoing commitment. How will you celebrate diversity this month and throughout the year?
