The protection of your personal data is a serious concern for Ingersoll Rand, Gardner Denver and Nash. This privacy notice describes how Ingersoll Rand, Gardner Denver and Nash, together with their subsidiaries and affiliates ("Companies," "we," "our" or "us") collects, processes, uses, and protects your personal data and your rights under the General Data Protection Act. The subsidiary or affiliate of the Companies with which you are interacting, including who owns and operates the online portal, website or mobile application you are visiting, if applicable, is the data controller (in certain jurisdictions, we may not be called a “controller” under applicable laws, but the legal essence is the same. PIPL – PRC
Under PRC law, we will primarily rely on your consent to process your personal information, provided that where any of the lawful basis in the “PIPL - PRC” section of Chapter 1 exists, we will process your personal information based on that applicable lawful basis.
We do not share, sell, exchange or rent your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with third parties in the following cases:

PIPL – PRC
If you are a PRC resident, PIPL distinguishes our sharing your personal information to a data processor and our sharing of your personal information to a contractor. Under the PIPL, a data processor determines the purpose and means of processing, whereas a contractor may only process personal information pursuant to the data processor’s instructions. Where your personal information is shared with another data processor, we will inform you of the identity and contact information of the data processor, as well as the purpose and means of processing and types of personal information shared, and obtain your separate consent. Unless we notify you otherwise, any sharing of your personal information pursuant to this Chapter 3 is of a processor-to-contractor nature.

If you are a California resident, or an authorized agent acting on behalf of a California resident, and would like to exercise your right to know or delete, please email Data.Privacy@irco.com or submit a CCPA Data Privacy request via Ingersoll Rand’s global hotline at 1-844-439-4693. All CCPA requests must provide sufficient information for us to reasonably verify the identity of the person making the request, therefore we require that you provide us two or three pieces of personal information which we will match to personal information we maintain in our records. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf (i.e., your authorized agent), may make a request related to your personal information. GDPR – EU and LGPD – Brazil
Our Affiliates in Brazil may transfer personal data outside Brazil to Ingersoll Rand group companies or to third parties, ensuring adequate protection of personal data based on adequacy decisions issued by the European Commission or by implementing appropriate safeguards, including but not limited to the use of standard contractual clauses - as recognised by the European Commission - with third-party suppliers companies in the Ingersoll Rand group.
PIPL – PRC
If you are a resident of the PRC, we may transfer your personal information outside the territory of the PRC due to business or other needs and we will seek your separate consent before such cross-border transfer. We will make sure that we meet one of the following conditions before transferring your personal information outside the PRC: (i) pass the security assessment organized by the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC); (ii) we are certified pursuant to the PIPL as an accredited data processor; or (iii) we enter into a data cross-border transfer and processing contract with the overseas recipient. We will take necessary measures to ensure that the activities of processing personal information by the overseas recipient meet the standards for protection of personal information as prescribed herein.
